Approach
A new company, with a short list of work
Alexander Wilkinson owns Stewards. The company is new. The public facts are the three services, the communities, and the quote form.
What the name is for
Stewards is a caretaking name. The work is paying attention to the property in front of you and to the season in southeast Michigan. It is not a claim about how long the company has been around, and this site will not invent one.
What is actually offered
Three services:
- Plant health care for trees and shrubs: insects, mites, disease symptoms, and stress from weather, soil, and planting conditions.
- Lawn fertilization and pesticide programs for cool-season turf. Stewards does not mow, edge, or run a leaf route.
- Pest control for insects and rodents in and around the house. Wildlife trapping is outside the usual scope.
Removal, landscape construction, irrigation repair, and a written engineering opinion of a tree are not described as services because they are not what this company is offering here.
How a property starts
It starts with the quote form. The form asks who you are, which community the property is in, which service you want discussed, and what you are seeing. Until a delivery endpoint is connected, a submission stays in your browser as a draft and the page says it was not sent. After an endpoint is connected, the same fields post to that endpoint.
A request is not an appointment and not an agreement to do the work. Stewards has not published a phone number, an email address, or a street address. There is nothing else to call.
What a useful request includes
- The community, and whether the lot is shaded, wooded, sloped, or large.
- The plant, the part of the lawn, or the pest, in ordinary language.
- Pets, children, food gardens, and wells, so the visit can be planned around use.
- Anything about gates, long drives, or association approval.
Product choice and timing stay with the property. This site does not publish rates or a calendar to follow on your own. Results depend on the weather, the condition of the plants, and what is actually present.
What this site will not add
No review quotes. No star ratings. No promise of an outcome. No street address dressed up as a map pin. Troy is named as home base because that is the hub of the service area, not because a building number was provided for publication.
The communities are Troy,Birmingham,Bloomfield Hills,Novi, Northville,Rochester Hills, andOakland Township.
